All New Zealand orders are shipped via NZ Post with delivery confirmation. All orders are shipped within 72 hours of receiving payment (Monday to Friday). Please allow for time for funds to arrive into our account if you are paying by bank transfer. Shipping fees are not refundable under any circumstance. Other shipping methods are available upon request, however, should you select uninsured shipping we will not be held responsible for loss or damage of your purchase.

Only shipping for New Zealand & Australia is available. For overseas orders you might want to contact us before ordering to get an estimate of delivery times and cost.

The have had add additional cost for shipping to Australia, prior to Covid orders were not tracked and we had 100% successful deliveries. Covid has meant long delays and missing parcels so we need to track all parcels, hence the additional cost.

Returns will be accepted only if the return is sent within 3 days of the delivery confirmation date. An exchange for another item for the same price of your choosing, excluding the shipping price, will be made promptly upon receiving the merchandise in the same condition in which it was shipped.

There are no refunds on items damaged in shipping. In that case, you must file a claim with the carrier.

You must notify us of any return so that we will be expecting your package. Returns that are sent without our prior knowledge will be refused.

When you place your order online, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received it. This email confirmation will be produced automatically so that you have confirmation of your order details. The fact that you receive an automatic confirmation does not necessarily mean that we will be able to meet your order. If the product is available and the details of the order are correct, this email will be deemed an acceptance and will specify delivery details and confirm the price of the products purchased. If the product is not available, we will also let you know by email.



Payment must be received within 10 days of placing an order. If payment is not received within this time frame the item will not be shipped. Funds must clear before the item is shipped, so please allow up to 3 working days for confirmation that your payment has cleared.
